An integrated ICT-led socio-economic development policy and plan development framework for Ghana

Abstract

The preparation of the two volumes of this report would not have been possible without the support and contributions of a number of people. Special thanks and appreciation goes to: the Government of Ghana for its role in driving the ‘Ghana ICT for Accelerated Development’ process; the members of the National ICT Policy and Plan Development Committee and its Technical and Secretarial Support Staff; the numerous participants across the country who actively participated in the 10-month national consultative exercise undertaken by the Committee; members of the NBS Technical Team who filmed and recorded most of the meetings, public fora and dialog sessions that took place throughout the country as part of the national consultative exercise and many others who within and outside Ghana made invaluable contributions and inputs into the process.
