Résumé
Les résolutions 218(X) du 13 février 1971 et 238(XI) du 22 février 1971,de la Commission et la résolution 3178(XXVIII) de l'Assemblée générale en date du 17 décembre 1971, demandant à tous les intéressés de déployer tous les efforts nécessaires pour faire en sorte gue l'examen et l'évaluation, au milieu de la Décennie, des progrès accomplis dans la mise en œuvre de la Stratégie Internationale du développement, soient préparés et exécutés d'une manière coordonnée et complète.
