Abstract
Young people recognize that the changes they are seeking can only come when they play a full and proactive role in looking for opportunities to develop themselves, their families, communities and their societies as a whole, while demanding their rights to participation and protection. Youth should preserve and develop their capacities and utilise all opportunities to make a difference while fostering, mentoring, and nurturing their younger brothers and sisters as they also enter the category of youth.
