Abstract

The paper deals about the efficient transport and communications infrastructure and services are a vital prerequisite for Africa’s development and integration. Interregional and overseas transport and communications facilitate the expansion of trade, because trade is only possible if people and goods can reach physically (using transport mode) or virtually (using information and communications technology) to the production and consumption areas.
