This concept note outlines the preparatory workshop for major groups and stakeholders ahead of the 11th Africa Regional Forum on Sustainable Development (Kampala, April 2025). With Africa lagging on SDG targets only 7% are on track the workshop aims to strengthen multi-stakeholder collaboration, science-based solutions, and advocacy to accelerate progress. Sessions will address gaps in health, gender equality, economic growth, ocean sustainability, and partnerships. Expected outcomes include enhanced stakeholder capacity, policy messages for the 2025 high-level political forum, and stronger alliances to advance the 2030 Agenda and Agenda 2063.
