This study assesses the impact of the "7 Habits of Highly Effective People" training programme on staff at the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA). The research evaluates behavioral changes among participants, comparing them to non participants, and examines variations across gender, division, level, and duty station. Findings indicate modest behavioral improvements among participants, with notable differences based on duty station and division. However, no significant performance differences were observed between genders or between participants and non participants. The study recommends re-evaluating the programme's delivery and conducting a needs-based analysis to enhance its effectiveness.en
