dc.description.abstractThis study explores the impact of COVID-19 on employee motivation to identify challenges and opportunities for improving human resource policies. Using the PRISMA systematic review methodology, the research provides recommendations for enhancing employee motivation. The findings emphasize that organizations should adopt flexible, tailored strategies rather than a one-size-fits-all approach to maintaining workplace motivation.en
