Résumé
The aim of the present background report is to highlight some of the key issues and conditions that enable new and emerging technologies to advance inclusive and shared prosperity, with a view to fulfilling the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and Agenda 2063: The Africa We Want, of the African Union. In the report, four emerging technologies are highlighted that could help Africa to achieve its aspirations.
