Abstract

The Regional Committee has made considerable progress in gaining traction and demonstrating to the international community that African countries are serious about their involvement in those efforts. The objective of the meeting was to assess the advances made regarding the resolutions and activities decided upon in the previous meetings of the Regional Committee.
