Abstract
The meeting-of the Bureau was held in Africa Hall from 3 to 5 March 1996. it was organized by the Economic Commission for Africa (ECA) in collaboration and with the financial support ofthe'UnitedNations Development Programme (UNDP) and the Regional Focal Field Level Institution (RFFi) for East Africa. The meeting was preceded by that of High-level Experts from all sectors of activity.
