Report on a mission to Swaziland (13-21 December 1984)

Abstract

The mission was undertaken from 13 to 12 December 1984 with the concurrence of government to monitor the initial census preparatory activities and advise as necessary. the government had earlier requested a mission by the regional advisor in census cartography to assist in the training of cartographic field staff which had originally been scheduled to start in November 1984.due to other commitments by the regional adviser the government was informed that the cartographic adviser the government was informed that the cartographic advisory mission could not be undertaken earlier than February 1985.
