Abstract
Daily COVID-19 update 12 November 2021. Ethiopia reported 240 new confirmed COVID-19 cases in the last 24 hours with a positivity rate of 3.8% giving a total 368,346 confirmed cases as of 12 November 2021. 18 new deaths reported adding to total 6,601 deaths reported since the beginning of the outbreak with a Case Fatality Rate is 1.79%. 344,113 (93.4%) cases have recovered, however 821 confirmed cases are undergoing treatment in the treatment centers of which 318 are in severe condition. In the last 24 hours, 6,241 RT-PCR and Ag-RDT tests were conducted giving a cumulative 3,767,231 RT-PCR and Ag-RDT tests conducted. 295 251 (80.2%) cumulative cases reported in Addis Ababa and Oromia regions.
