Abstract
The Daily COVID-19 Situation Report in #573 issue highlighted some key points 228 new confirmed COVID-19 cases were reported in the last 24 hours (positivity rate of 4.7%) bringing the total confirmed cases to 465,158 as of 31 January 2022 6 new deaths reported adding to total 7,337 deaths reported since the beginning of the outbreak with a case fatality rate of 1.57% 398,445 (85.6%) cases have recovered, however 581 confirmed cases are undergoing treatment in treatment centers of which 272 are severe 4,840 RT-PCR and Ag-RDT tests were conducted in the last 24 hours, giving a cumulative 4,346,658 RT-PCR and Ag-RDT tests conducted
