ECA Major initiatives and programme developments: Issue No.1
Résumé
This paper is to review major Commission-wide initiatives and program developments undertaken in the preceding year and to outline the directions for the current year 2001 program. To set the stage, the paper highlights in Section II through IV the contents and outcomes of recent Commission-wide initiatives and the prospective activities in the year ahead. This information note, intended for the Sub-Regional Development Centers (SRDCs) and their stakeholders, will be issued quarterly.
