Abstract
Novel Corona Virus (COVID-19) update, 11 July 2021. Ethiopia reported 87 new confirmed COVID-19 cases in the last 24 hours giving a total 277,071 confirmed cases as of 11 July 2021. A total of 4,343 deaths have been reported since the beginning of the outbreak with a Case Fatality Rate is 1.57%. 261,989 (94.6%) cases have recovered, however 132 confirmed cases are undergoing treatment in the treatment centers of which 122 are in severe condition. In the last 24 hours, 4,630 RT-PCR and Ag-RDT tests were conducted giving a cumulative 2,920,624 RT-PCR and Ag-RDT tests conducted. Global: 186,411,011 new cases; 4,031,725 deaths and case fatality. Africa: 5,926,224 new cases; 151,386 deaths and case fatality.
