Abstract
Novel Corona Virus (COVID-19) Update: 01 Sep. 2020. Global: 208,215 new cases; 25,327,098 confirmed cases and 848,255 deaths. Africa: In Africa, the top 5 countries reported 895,882 confirmed cases and 22,552 deaths representing 73.4% of the total reported confirmed cases and 78.2% deaths respectively. Mauritius reported a new COVID-19 case after 15 days with zero cases. Seychelles has reported zero cases for the past 15 days. Ethiopia: 1,173 new cases; 53,304 total cases; 493 new recovered; 19,487 total recovered and 19 new deaths.
