Abstract

This paper present the tenth edition of the ‘Question & Answers with ECA’s Executive Secretary’ series. In the run up to this edition, we encouraged staff members to share their questions with us and received a good response. A number of these questions have been covered in this edition and In this edition, the ES speaks about continuing Covid-19 challenges geographic representation, alternate work arrangements, staff recognition, performance management, recruitment, ECA’s youth engagement and UN@75 activities.
