Abstract

Address by general E.Eyadema president of the Togolese republic to the OAU assembly of heads of state and government at the 10th Anniversary the Organization of African Unity. In his speech he highlighted "This tenth anniversary of the Organization of African Unity is, for us, an opportunity for stocktaking. In face of the immensity of the task to be accomplished, and in the constant search for efficacy, it is indispensable that this be done with the greatest frankness, without false shame for our failures and. shortcomings, and without false modesty for our successes".
