Notes for the Outgoing Chair of the Committee of Experts H.E. Mr. Crisantos Obama Ondo, Permanent Representative of the Republic of Equatorial Guinea to the African Union and the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa. H. E. Ondo, on his remarks highlighted that, the outgoing Bureau took into consideration the traditions of ECA Conference of Ministers, also ensuring equal representation of all sub-regional groups in the Bureau and a rotation.
