Résumé
The objective of this pilot project is to study and propose the approach to be adopted for the promotion of economic co-operation for agricultural development in African countries and for the expansion of intra-African in agricultural products. Thus while the study covered three countries namely Dahomey, Niger and Nigeria it is meant for general application after the necessary adaptation to particular situations and circumstances. Consequently, no attempt has been made to propose institutional arrangements for fostering-Cooperation, among the three countries. The countries have only provided the framework for analyzing how, in co-operation proposals, the interests of richly endowed countries and poor countries and of coastal and land-locked Countries could be reconciled.
