Report of the Second Regional Conference of African Ministers responsible for the development and utilization of mineral and energy resources
Abstract
The major objective of the forum was to provide an interactive platform between ministers and experts from various fields to examine the conference theme in more detail. It was hoped that the exchange of views and experiences between the experts and the ministers would sharpen the focus of the Conference into a narrower set of issues which have the potential to generate a greater impact than would too many considerations.
