Abstract
This document focuses on Survey on post-harvest food losses in the East Africa sub region. This survey comprises six chapters: the introduction gives an overview of the situation of food security and pre-harvest food losses in the East African sub region. Chapter two analyses the situation of food production and security in the course of these past years. It also identifies basic food production and reviews country measures taken to increase food security through increased food production.
