Abstract
The framework of the programme of work of the Economic Commission for Africa Subregional Development Centre for Southern Africa (SRDC-SA) is to support regional cooperation and integration in the countries of Southern Africa through the activities of the Regional Economic Communities (RECs), in this case the Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa (COMESA) and the Southern African Development Community (SADC).
