Abstract
UN Secretariat Administrative Guidelines on the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) Pandemic. On 30 January 2020, the International Health Regulations Emergency Committee of the World Health Organization declared the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak a “public health emergency of international concern” (PHEIC). The outbreak spreads by person-to person contact and the potential public health threat posed is high. The World Health Organization, on 11 March 2020 declared COVID-19 a pandemic.
