Abstract
The program of action for the least developed countries for the decade 2011-2020 and preparation for the fifth United Nations conference on the Least developed countries made a draft resolution on progress implementation. The conference of ministers, taking note of the report of the economic commission for Africa on progress in the implementation of the priority areas of the program of action for the least developed countries for the decade 2011–2020, Recognizing that more than half of the population of Africa resides in least developed countries and that those countries have particular structural impediments to their sustainable development and transformation.
