This examine the phenomena of multinational corporations’ analysis of their impact in the contemporary world. The central feature of the difference emerging in terms of underscoring both the basic continuity of the capitalist-imperialist attempts at hegemony and the discontinuity attending the same process derived from growing-intensifying nature of class struggle. A simplified presentation is made of the nature of capitalist accumulation, and specific historical implications are briefly indicated and finally an illustration provided describing the character of the petroleum industry and the contemporary crisis of energy utilization in the world.en
