Manpower planning = Planification de la main d'œuvre

Abstract

This continues the series of exercises in manpower projection. Each of the steps which follow must be related to all the preceding steps. The next step is based on tentative projections already made of population, work force in the modern sector, its distribution between agriculture and non-agricultural activity, and distribution of the non-agricultural work force by main (ISIC one-digit) industrial activities. The next step is to analyze, and where necessary to amend, the projection for each of these main categories of economic activity.
