Education and the development of human resources

Abstract

This paper examines the role of education in economic development and human resources. the role of education is not confined to transmitting known methods and techniques , but it is also to contribute by means of research, to the creation of new techniques and new methods. It is not necessary to stress here the well-known role played by research in technological and economic progress, especially in the contemporary period.
