The ILO Kenya study contains a central model which is technical/political/ economic and inherently radical in its strategy implications. This is somewhat concealed by the incorporation of the model as a skeletal structure without an X-ray f or the reader, by the sheer volume of micro-analysis and specific prescription and perhaps, by the mission ' s unwillingness to grasp just how radical their analysis and its implications were. The analytical model of the Kenyan-economy (which the authors of the report and the present author would consider not a typical of many African and ether smaller and poorer third world economies) appears to rest on nine key relationships.en
