Abstract
The Eastern and Southern Africa Sub-regional Follow Up Meeting on the Implementation of Dakar and Beijing Platforms for Action was held in Seychelles at the Berjaya Mahe Beach Resort Hotel from 15 to 18 February 1999. It was organized by the African Center for Women (ACW) of the Economic Commission for Africa (EGA), and the ECA Sub regional Development Center (SRCS) of Eastern and Southern Africa in collaboration with the Government of Seychelles, UNFPA, UNDP and UNIFEM.
