Abstract
From 21 to 25 April 1981, an inter-agency meeting sponsored jointly by UNDP and ECA was held in Addis Ababa. The purpose of the meeting was to consider the various project submissions made by the specialized agencies and other organizations of the United Nations system for the Third African Regional Programme. At the end of that meeting, a pre-selected list of projects was made by UNDP on the basis of which each agency was required to refine and review its proposals in line with certain criteria, before resubmitting its final list of projects to UNDP by 15 June 1981.
