Abstract
The Economic Commission for Africa (ECA) sub regional Office for Central Africa organized the thirty-fourth session of the Intergovernmental Committee of Experts for Central Africa in N’Djamena under the theme “Financing industrialization in Central Africa”. The main goal of the session was to give experts the opportunity to discuss the social and economic progress achieved by the countries of the sub region, together with ways to mobilize additional financial resources to support industrialization and economic transformation in Central Africa. Another aim of the session was to take stock of the implementation of sub-regional, continental and international initiatives and review the progress made in implementing the ECA Sub-regional Office for Central Africa program of work for 2017.
