Overall experience acquired so far both in multilateral trade negotiations and through the examination of resulting effects on trade flows clearly demonstrates that the concepts used broadly determine techniques to be applied in negotiations and are of crucial significance for the conduct and outcome of negotiations and negotiating techniques are themselves constantly subject to improvements.
