Abstract
The Third Sub regional Workshop on the United Nations New Agenda for the Development of Africa in the 1990s and the African Charter for Popular Participation in Development and Transformation was held from 9 to 13 March 1992 at the Headquarters of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Niger in Niamey. The Workshop which was organized under the auspices of the Niamey-based Multinational Programming and Operational Centre (MULPOC) aimed at the implementation of the resolution adopted at the twenty fifth session of the Conference of African Ministers Responsible for Economic Planning and Development held in Tripoli, the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya,
