United Nations transport and communications decade in Africa (1978 - 1988) : report to the economic and social council and the general assemebly (1981 session)

Abstract

The United Nations Economic and social council had taken cognizance of the action taken and activities carried out by the Economic Commission for Africa since 1978 in collaboration with United Nations specialized agencies and African intergovernmental organizations for the promotion of the transport and communication decade in Africa and its programme of action for the first phase 1980-1983.it had also taken note of the following various stages in the implication of the transport and communication decade in African and their results.
