Abstract
La composante renforcement des capacités constitue l'une des 3 composantes du programme de suivi et d'évaluation centré sur la mise en œuvre du Plan d'action africain visant à accélérer la mise en œuvre des plates-formes d'action de Dakar et de Pékin. Il est prévu de préparer et de faciliter la mise en œuvre du programme de suivi et d'évaluation dans le cadre des préparatifs régionaux et mondiaux des réunions d'examen Beijing + 10 en 2004 et 2005. Les objectifs des ateliers de renforcement des capacités sont les suivants : Veiller à ce que les participants avoir une compréhension approfondie des outils de suivi et d'évaluation, de la manière de les utiliser, de la manière d'interpréter les informations collectées grâce à eux et de la manière dont les informations collectées doivent être synthétisées dans les rapports nationaux chaque année ; S'assurer que les participants comprennent le mécanisme opérationnel par lequel le programme de suivi et d'évaluation sera mis en œuvre ; Discuter des implications en termes de ressources du programme de suivi et d'évaluation.
