Political impediments in the development and utilization of high quality human resources : the African refugee factor
Abstract
Most African countries first entered the orbit of independence in the 1960s the countries was saddled with formidable constraint to development these included underdeveloped human resources political fluidity climatological handicaps as well as justifiably boast of considerable achievements in reducing these constraints Africa’s development process is still sluggish.
