Monitoring review of programme implementation : Period : January-April. 2002

Abstract

From 24 April to 2 May 2002, the Deputy Executive Secretary conducted separate monitoring review meetings with the Directors of Division and SRDC accompanied by their key substantive staff members to assess the status of implementation the approved work programme for the year 2002. The primary objective of the monitoring review is to meet each Director of Division/SRDC at the end of every month to assess the status of implementation of the approved work programme in the year 2002. The meeting stressed the need for all divisions and SRDCs to take the necessary action to closely monitor programme implementation by enforcing adherence to the PIPs for 2002.
