Report on follow-up actions taken on matters referred to the economic commission for Africa by the 21st meeting of the governing council of the regional centre for services in surveying, mapping and remote sensing, Nairobi (5 and 6 August 1988)

Abstract

The purpose of this report, therefore, is to render an account on the status of implementation of the following decisions referred to the E.C.A. Advantage is also being taken of the report to keep members of the Council informed of some important events which took place since its last, meeting in August 1988, particularly those relating to the development of the science of cartography and remote sensing in Africa, which may be of interest to them.
