The first conference on air transport in Africa Jointly organized by the ECA and ICAO in 1964, recommended the creation of sub regional airlines. It requested African States to discuss it within their region. The main objective of an airline is to attain prosperity despite the fundamental reasons advanced at its inception. Often these reasons are political and social. In order to discharge their duties, airlines establish and develop trade relation that they deem necessary and justified.
