Progress report on preliminary activities for holding working group meetings in the North African, Southern, Central and west African subregions
Abstract
In November 1981 the first meeting of Intergovernmental Committee of Experts for Science and Technology (IGCESTD)decided to establish three regional working group in the following areas: Development of science and technology, Basic needs, Industry including energy and Communication.
