Abstract
Progress report on the African regional center for engineering design and manufacturing Ibadan, Nigeria. The decision to establish the African Regional Centre for Engineering Design and Manufacturing was taken by the Fourth Conference of African Ministers of Industry held in Kaduna, Federal Republic of Nigeria from 23 November 1977, Resolution 1(IV) embodies this decision and requests in its point 7.
