This 1986 progress report from the Lusaka-based MULPOC evaluates the implementation of recommendations from the 1981 Arusha Conference on mineral resources development in Africa. Key efforts included establishing a subregional committee to monitor progress, supporting the Eastern and Southern African Mineral Resources Development Centre, and organizing workshops on coal and copper.
