Current economic and social crisis facing Africa and some concrete project proposals on the role of science and technology

Abstract

This Twenty-First Ordinary Session of the Assembly of Heads of State and Government of the Organization of African Unity held in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, from 18 to 20 July 1985. The report which covered agenda items 9 and 11 of the Sixth Meeting of the Technical preparatory Committee of the whole held in Addis Ababa from 15 to 22 April 1985 and of the 20th session of the Commission and 11th Meeting of the ECA Conference of Ministers held in Addis Ababa from 25 to 29 April 1985 was considered and adopted by the experts and endorsed by the Ministers.
