Abstract

In its continuing efforts to strengthen and improve the productivity of worker across all sectors of the Ethiopian economy the Ethiopian management institute (EMI) training and development directorate undertakes several management training courses/workshop in a wide range of functional areas including general management project management supervisory management development human resource management marketing and distribution management business logistics management finance and accounting management training methodology and instructional technology and training coordination and control .
