Abstract

"Code des investissements et fuites de capitaux "(Investment codes and capital flight) tackles in the case of Togo the interesting question of the advantages awarded to capital investors in order to promote investment and of the consequencee of the said advantages on leakages. The study is divided in four parts introduction, the analysis of investment codes, the estimation of leakages and conclusion.
