Abstract

The members of the Secretariat came to the polls to show their support and to reaffirm their confidence in those who have served the common interest with courage and selflessness. How could it have been otherwise when the majority of staff members finally realized that the task to which the Staff Council had committed itself was no less than the restoration of climate of morale within the Secretariat which will permit everyone to work effectively.
