Abstract

The Staff News is the official organ of the ECA Staff Association. Its aims are To provide a forum for staff members to air their views and opinions 'on matters concerning their welfare or conditions of employment; To keep the staff duly informed of the activities of the Staff Association, To provide news of major cultural events and other general information on our organization as a whole. The views and opinions expressed in letters and signed articles are those of the authors, however, and do not necessarily reflect the opinions of the Staff Association or those of the editor.
