Abstract
In this second issue of the Newsletter we report on how the first issue was received by our readers; and we discuss some of the difficulties being encountered in the implementation of the Development Education project and invite suggestions for increasing the impact of the project. This issue also introduces to our readers the UN/ECA regional project entitled "UNDATs". It brings news of activities of the VAB; and it recommends a selected list of documents available to our readers. A progress report on the compilation of the Directory of Activities of International Voluntary Agencies in Rural Development in Africa is also given.
