Abstract
This report focuses on Challenges and Issues for the IDEP's Web-based Distance Learning Programme. The objective of this report is to provide an initial assessment of the challenges of internet-based Distance Learning for IDEP and to make recommendations on steps to follow for putting in place the IDEP Distance Learning programme. The purpose of IDEP is to undertake a wide range of activities related to economic development and planning in Africa with the aim of promoting and defending the economic independence of African countries.
